Party General Secretary, President To Lam, his wife arrive in Guangzhou for state visit to China
(VOVWORLD) -General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee and President To Lam, his wife and a high-ranking delegation of Vietnam arrived in Guangzhou city, Guangdong province, on Sunday morning, starting their three-day state visit to China.

This is Mr. To Lam’s first visit abroad in his capacity as Party General Secretary and President of Vietnam and is an extremely important foreign affairs activity between Vietnam and China this year. It demonstrates the high regard of the Party and State of Vietnam for the development of friendly neighborly relations and comprehensive cooperation with China.
The visit demonstrates the interest both sides have in consolidating and developing their Comprehensive Strategic Cooperative Partnership and building a Vietnam-China community with a shared future.
