At a working session with the Coast Guard Region 4 Command in An Giang province on Wednesday, the Party leader underscored the need to identify key tasks and breakthrough areas, with priority placed on attracting high-quality personnel and advancing technology, innovation, and AI to support coast guard operations.

Priority must also be given to combat-readiness training and exercises to improve overall capability and combat strength and the ability to respond effectively to both traditional and non-traditional security challenges, he added.
