The Party leader visited and worked with the National Data Center No. 1 in Hanoi, where information from national databases is gathered for integrating, storing, sharing, coordinating, and analyzing. Speaking at the working session, General Secretary Lam requested the National Data Center to thoroughly understand and effectively implement five major orientations.
“Accelerate the creation, connection, standardization, cleaning, governance, and use of data to maximize its value. A national integrated database must be established in the first quarter of 2026, connecting relevant data repositories. Ensure that all integrated data adheres to the principles of ‘accuracy, completeness, cleanliness, viability, consistency, connectivity, and shared use’. Radically address the issue of data fragmentation and disparity,” he said.

The General Secretary stressed the need to swiftly apply the data so that the National Public Service Portal will be a "single-window service" on the National Data Center platform. 100% utilization of online public services must be ensured to maximize convenience for citizens and businesses.
He called on the National Data Center No. 1 to research and master core, strategic technologies, especially cloud computing, AI, blockchain, and shared data platforms, while improving autonomy and reducing dependence on foreign countries.
