At a meeting of the sub-committee for personnel affairs on Tuesday, the Party chief underscored the ultimate goal of forming a Party Central Committee, Politburo, and Secretariat characterized by morality, competence, credibility, unity, and solidarity.
The General Secretary noted that the sub-committee had essentially agreed on the report, proposal, and draft personnel plans for the upcoming congress.
Describing the 14th National Party Congress as a pivotal milestone in the country’s development, he highlighted its significance in ushering in a new era of strong growth and prosperity for the nation.
