During the three-day visit, the Vietnamese leader is scheduled to hold talks with Prime Minister Starmer and meet with Parliamentary leaders to discuss measures to advance the Vietnam-UK Strategic Partnership.
He will also deliver remarks at a high-level economic forum attended by major British enterprises to promote cooperation in finance-banking, energy, science-technology, and green development.
