(VOVWORLD) - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and a high-ranking delegation of Vietnam will pay an official visit to the Russian Federation from Sunday to Wednesday.

The visit will be made at the invitation of Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, according to an announcement released by the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Friday.
