For fishmen preparing to head out to sea, border guard forces are encouraging them to arrange their fishing schedules and return to the locality in time to vote, fulfilling their civic rights and responsibilities.
Local fisherman Nguyen Van Ho said: “As a citizen, I understand it’s my right and my responsibility to cast ballots. So I arranged my fishing schedule to return in time for the election and elect deputies to the National Assembly and the People’s Councils at all levels who are truly deserved our trust.”
