According to the instruction, the PM urged for the reform of institutions, simplification of administrative procedures, and removal of obstacles for exports. Ministries and sectors are asked to review regulations on production and imports of materials for manufacturing and processing so as to make it easier for businesses, while information should be disseminated to exporters.

The PM asked for strengthened negotiations and integration to develop markets and penetrate new markets. Trade promotion and trademark building should be accelerated. He also called for further provision of market information to cope with market fluctuations.
