(VOVworld)- President Truong Tan Sang on Tuesday visited the Departments of Social Security and Police Department for Drug Crime Investigation. In his address to the Department of Social Security, President Sang stressed the importance of the security forces in the country’s internal and external activities. He asked the forces to resolutely implement resolutions and work agenda of the Ministry of Public Security and the General Security Department while cooperating with relevant agencies to review legal documents related to state management on nationality and religion.

In a meeting with the Police Department for Drug Crime Investigation, President Sang said the Party and State always create the best conditions for the police to fulfill their tasks. He asked the department to pay attention to mapping out appropriate strategies to ensure social security and bring into play people’s contribution to crime prevention and control.
