President urges full institutionalization of Party guidelines in judicial reform
(VOVWORLD) - Judicial reform for the 2026-2031 term must fully institutionalize the Party’s guidelines and viewpoints, particularly the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress, State President Luong Cuong said at a meeting of the Central Steering Committee for Judicial Reform in Hanoi on Thursday.

“Judicial reform must institutionalize the Party’s resolutions, as well as the conclusions and resolutions of the Party Central Committee, the Politburo and the Secretariat on building a law-governed socialist state. Obstacles and bottlenecks hindering development must be addressed,” he said.
“We should draw on international best practices while ensuring they are suited to Vietnam’s institutions, as Vietnam is a state of the people, by the people and for the people,” the President added.
He called on relevant agencies and organizations to develop concrete plans to implement the 2026 judicial reform program and further improve the quality of judicial personnel.
