The promulgated laws include Law on Corporate Income Tax, effective from October 1, 2025; Law on Management and Investment of State Capital in Enterprises, effective from August 1, 2025; and State Budget Law, effective from the 2026 budget year.

Others are Law on Teachers; Law on Employment; Law on Special Consumption Tax; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Advertising; Law on Chemicals; and Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Economical and Efficient Use of Energy, effective from January 1, 2026.

In particular, the Law on Employment has institutionalized the Party's guidelines on institutional improvement, removing "bottlenecks of bottlenecks". It will ensure the consistency, unity and suitability of the legal system and the international commitments that Vietnam has participated in, contribute to developing the labor market, towards sustainable employment for all workers.
