Mr. Chinh pointed out that half of the 2021-2026 term has passed, and many of the targets set by the 13th National Party Congress have been basically achieved or surpassed. However, greater efforts are needed to meet the remaining goals in the remaining half of the term.

One of the solutions is to remove legal obstacles, improve institutions, enhance decentralization, and reduce compliance costs, he noted.

At the upcoming National Assembly session, the Government will present a law that amends multiple laws, along with several other laws, to address challenges and mobilize all social resources, especially non-state resources, for development, PM Chinh said.
