Prime Minister Chinh said Vietnam values its comprehensive cooperation with Russia, urging Russia and Rosatom to continue supporting Vietnam in technology and the training of high-quality human resources, including experts, engineers, and skilled workers in the nuclear energy sector for peaceful purposes. 

Director General Likhachev said that Rosatom, with its strong foundation and long-standing cooperation with Vietnam, is eager to further enhance bilateral collaboration. He expressed Rosatom's readiness to share expertise, support systematic and structured training for Vietnamese personnel, and to maximize localization in nuclear energy.
