(VOVworld) - President Tran Dai Quang has participated in the 70^th anniversary of the security forces in a ceremony in Hanoi.

During his speech at the event on Tuesday, the President asked the security force to take the lead in ensuring national industrialization, modernization and international integration: “The security forces should renovate its performance and engage the public to provide correct forecast while protecting national security, territorial integrity and sovereignty and enhancing contingency plans in national defense to uphold national interests.”

The President asked the force to expand foreign relations to successfully combat different forms of crimes.
