Seminar discusses business culture and brand development

(VOVWORLD) - The 4th Industrial Revolution is impacting economic and production activities and requires businesses to keep renewing and improving their management and leadership, said Associate. Professor Duong Thi Lieu, Head of the Business Culture Institute. 

Addressing the “Business Culture and Brand Development” seminar held in Hanoi on Friday, she said, "The 4th Industrial Revolution has produced many similar products in great volumes. Businesses can only compete with their unique differences which robots don’t have. Business culture, coordination and sharing among employers and employees are the keys to creating a business’ identity that can help them succeed."

Participants also discussed business culture during the COVID-19 pandemic, measures to improve competitiveness and business ethics.
