SOM 2 and related meetings enter second working day
(VOVWORLD) - The second APEC Senior Officials Meeting (SOM 2) and related meetings continue the agenda with an array of meetings and workshops in Hanoi on Wednesday.

They include bilateral meetings within the framework of the 26th Automotive Dialogue and a Symposium on Promoting the Employment of Persons with Disability organized by the Human Resources Development Working Group in collaboration with APEC Group of Friends on Disability Issues.
Meanwhile, the Mining Task Force (MTF) continues its two-day meeting, alongside a Public-Private Dialogue. At the First Policy Partnership on Women and the Economy Meeting, Deputy Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs Doan Mau Diep, said the APEC Women and the Economy Forum entitled “Enhancing Women's Economic Empowerment in the Changing World of Technology” will be held in September in Hue.
