th nuclear test at any time, Unification Ministry spokesperson Jeong Joon-hee told reporters on Monday. The North is able to carry out a fifth nuclear test immediately and the South’s government is preparing for all possibilities, Jeong said.

The Yonhap New Agency reported on the same day that North Korea had fired short-range projectiles into the waters off its east coast.
