In a video message to a session of the National Unification Advisory Council, Ms. Geun-hye said that North Korea poses a threat to world peace by claiming it is a nuclear state following the 4th nuclear test and missile launches and threatens further provocations.

Ms. Geun-hye said South Korea would not be rattled and vowed to build a new order on the Korean peninsula by severity the North’s vicious circle of provocation and making concessions. She underscored that South Korea will maintain its defense against North Korea while persuading North Korea to change its policy and abandon its nuclear program.
