The sides are also planning to sign some joint documents. After the business talks, the two leaders will hold a meeting with the two countries’ enterprises and take part in the opening ceremony of the Cross Year of Culture and Tourism of Russia and Turkey.

Earlier on Friday, the Turkish President vowed to buy the Russian S-400 system despite the concern of security risk from the US, adding that the first delivery of the system would be in July.
The S-400 is an anti-missile and anti-aircraft weapon system, similar to the US Patriot. However, Turkey rejected the deal with the US as the inappropriate conditions given by the US. However, US could impose sanctions on Turkey for buying Russian weapons.
