Typhoon Talim weakens to depression
(VOVWORLD) - Typhoon Talim weakened to a tropical depression after making landfall on the southwest of China's Guangxi Province on Tuesday afternoon.

Quang Ninh, Lang Son, Ha Giang, Lao Cai, Yen Bai and Cao Bang provinces should prepare for possible flash floods and landslides, according to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting.
The northeastern region is forecast to experience rainfall of 70-250 mm between Tuesday night and Wednesday, the northwestern region 50-150 mm, while Hanoi and nearby localities 30-60 mm.
