During a visit to Copenhagen, Denmark, the Ukrainian President's Chief of Staff, Andriy Yermak, said Zelensky's trip to Turkey shows that Kiev is ready for negotiations, but he reiterated Ukraine's stance that any negotiations must take place after a ceasefire.
In Berlin on Tuesday, German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul said Ukraine is ready to negotiate unconditionally on a ceasefire and a peace agreement, and called on President Putin to take a decisive step toward peace by participating in talks with President Zelensky in Turkey.
