UN calls for immediate ceasefire, massive protests in Israel demand end to Gaza conflict
(VOVWORLD) - At a press conference on Tuesday, UN spokesman Stephane Dujarric said that the Gaza Health Ministry had documented three additional malnutrition-related deaths in the past 24 hours, bringing the total to 303 fatalities from hunger including 117 children.

More than 36,000 people have been displaced in recent days, most seeking safety in Deir al-Balah and Khan Younis.
Dujarric expressed his concern over Israel’s continued obstruction of international relief efforts and called for an immediate ceasefire, ensuring full humanitarian access throughout the Gaza strip, and the unconditional release of all hostages.
Thousands of Israelis marched through Tel Aviv, urging Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to negotiate with Hamas to end the conflict and secure the remaining hostages’ release. Despite domestic protests and widespread international opposition, Israel is reportedly preparing a new offensive on Gaza. On Monday, airstrikes on Nasser Hospital in southern Gaza killed at least 20 people.
