UN Security Council to hold ministerial meeting on non-proliferation
(VOVWORLD) - The UN Security Council will hold a ministerial meeting to discuss the non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction on September 21 and the implementation of sanctions on North Korea.

The meeting will take place within the framework of the high-level segment of the 72nd session of the UN General Assembly. The meeting will discuss the implementation of relevant resolutions of the UN Security Council to prevent proliferation of weapons of mass destruction. The meeting will also focus on global solidarity in response to the North Korea crisis.
