(VOVworld) – The Libyan “Al Wasat” newspaper quoted Bernardino Leon, Head of the UN Support Mission in Libya, in a Wednesday article as saying that Islamic State militants in Libya are a major threat to regional security. Leon said militants who fought in Syria and Iraq have returned to Libya and urged parties concerned in Libya to hold talks, not extend bloody clashes.
