Chief Representative of the UNESCO Office in Vietnam, Katherine Muller Marin

(VOVworld) - The Chief Representative of the UNESCO Office in Vietnam, Katherine Muller Marin, has been awarded an insignia for peace and friendship for her contributions to preserving and managing cultural heritage in Vietnam.
Speaking at an awards presentation ceremony in Hanoi on Wednesday, President of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Associations (VUFO) Vu Xuan Hong acknowledged Ms Marin’s efforts to strengthen friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and the world and build a progressive society in Vietnam. Ms Marin said it was an honor to receive the insignia and she will continue her contributions to the development of Vietnam because of her love for the Vietnamese people and land.
