(VOVworld) – A conference was held on Friday in Hanoi to review the activities in 2016 of the advisory councils of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's Central Committee during the 2014-2019 term.

The management boards of the councils have compiled specific action plans to realize the coordination program as set out by the VFF Central Committee. The program has helped to unite council members towards consolidating people’s trust and creating consensus in society.

In 2017, advisory councils will recommend the Central Committee to build a mechanism that can fully tap the role and strength of the people, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and political and social organizations.
