Vietnam again reports no new COVID-19 cases

(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam reported no new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday morning, keeping its total number of infections at 1,044, according to the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control.

707 patients have fully recovered, and 34 have died. Vietnam has gone 2 days with no local transmissions.

The world has recorded more than 25.6 million COVID-19 infections, according to worldometers.info. The US remains the hardest-hit country, with 6.2 million infections and 187,000 deaths. Africa has recorded more than 1.2 million infections and more than 29,000 deaths.
