Vietnam - an important partner of Germany in Southeast Asia
(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam plays a crucial role as a key partner of Germany in Southeast Asia, said Hessen State Prime Minister Boris Rhein during a meeting on Tuesday with Vietnamese Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh.

The meeting, held as part of the Vietnamese Deputy PM’s working visit to Germany, discussed Vietnam’s plan to establish an international financial center.
Prime Minister Rhein pledged his support for Vietnam's plan and shared insights on financial market management.
Deputy PM Nguyen Hoa Binh urged Hessen’s continued support in education and training, including scholarships for Vietnamese students, fostering institutional collaborations, and facilitating the Vietnamese community’s integration into German society.
On the same day, the Deputy PM also met with Hessen’s Minister of Finance, Alexander Lorz.
