Vietnam attracts 36 billion USD of FDI in 2017

(VOVWORLD) -Vietnam has remained an attractive destination for foreign investors in 2017 with total FDI capital hitting a record high of 36 billion USD, up almost 45 percent against last year.

Reports from the Foreign Investment Agency showed that among 115 countries and territories investing in Vietnam this year, Japan topped the list, with 9.1 billion USD, making up over 25 percent of the total FDI. That was followed by South Korea and Singapore.
