Vietnam donates medical supplies to other countries

(VOVWORLD) - Deputy Foreign Minister Nguyen Quoc Dung on Monday announced that Vietnam will send medical supplies to Australia, Brunei, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand to help them fight Covid-19.

The supplies will include 420,000 USD worth of anti-bacterial face masks, protective gear, and made-in-Vietnam test kits.

Dung said Viet Nam wants to share its resources with other countries fighting the epidemic. He urged governments to work together to repatriate citizens and to provide essential services to those who decided to stay.
