Vietnam eyes double-digit growth with international financial center

(VOVWORLD) - The planned International Financial Center will support Vietnam’s push for double-digit economic growth by 2030, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man said Thursday at a meeting of the NA Standing Committee in Hanoi to discuss a draft resolution on establishing the center.

Mr. Man said the creation of trading floors and platforms will require coordinated implementation, transparent oversight, and appropriate management mechanisms to ensure effective operation.

The Standing Committee also discussed pilot special mechanisms and policies for the development of Hai Phong city.
