Vietnam participates in AICESIS in Russia

(VOVworld) – Vice President and Secretary General of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Vu Trong Kim met with Alexander Bretralov, President of the Russian Social Institute on Friday, on the sideline of the General Assembly of the International Association of Economic and Social Councils and Similar Institutions (AICESIS) in Russia from September 17-18.

Bretalov said he wished to enhance cooperation between the two organizations and nations. He suggested that Russia and Vietnam should cooperate in Russia’s plan to develop the Far East. Mr. Kim said the relations of the two organizations will be broadened in the future:
“Vietnamese and Russian people can work together effectively. Why Russian haven’t provided technical assistance for Vietnam’s Central Highlands? Why Vietnamese workers haven’t engaged in projects in Russia’s disadvantaged areas and potential sectors? The Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Russian Social Institute should cooperate in labor export.”

The VFF delegation attended General Assembly of the International Association of Economic and Social Councils and Similar Institutions, which had the participation of representatives of civil organizations from 72 countries.
