Vietnam targets 25 million foreign arrivals in 2026
(VOVWORLD) - A delegation of the Vietnam National Authority of Tourism will attend the ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) 2026 and the TRAVEX International Travel Fair in Cebu City, the Philippines, from January 28th to 31st to promote Vietnam’s national tourism brand and attract visitors to realize the goal of welcoming 25 million foreign tourists this year.

With the theme “Navigating our tourism future together,” the ASEAN Tourism Forum is the largest annual event within the framework of ASEAN tourism cooperation and is hosted on a rotating basis by member states.
ATF 2026 is schedule to feature opening and closing ceremonies, a series of key events including ASEAN Tourism Ministers’ Meeting; ASEAN+3 Tourism Ministers Meeting; ASEAN–India Tourism Ministers’ Meeting; ASEAN–Russia Tourism Ministers’ Meeting; conferences of ASEAN National Tourism Organizations and ASEAN+3 National Tourism Organizations; the ASEAN Tourism Awards Ceremony; joint press conferences by tourism ministers; and various sideline activities.
Within the ATF framework, the TRAVEX International Travel Fair is a flagship event, drawing broad participation from international partners, businesses, and visitors. Vietnam will showcase its national tourism brand, “Vietnam – Timeless Charm,” highlighting destinations and tourism products tailored to the preferences of ASEAN markets and other key source markets.
