(VOVworld) – Vietnam’s Defense Minister Ngo Xuan Lich is paying an official visit to Cambodia at the invitation of Cambodia’s Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Tia Banh. The 3-day visit, which began on Tuesday, will promote relations between the two armies and peoples and boost cooperation between the two defense ministries.
