He called first for establishing fair, equal, stable, and transparent partnerships on strategic minerals, based on the principle of “harmonized interests and shared risks.”

The focus, he said, should be on strengthening cooperation, diversifying sustainable mineral supply chains, promoting deep-processing, high-tech and recycling industries, and creating high-quality, sustainable jobs that meet environmental, social, and governance standards.

The Prime Minister emphasized the need for breakthroughs in developing high-quality human resources and a modern, efficient, sustainable labor market. He urged the G20 toprioritize support for developing countries so they can participate in and benefit from education cooperation initiatives; reduce barriers and deepen collaboration; connect regional and global labor markets; and design strategies and programs for workforce development, youth employment, and skills training to meet the demands of rapid, sustainable growth.

Mr. Chinh’s third priority was building a people-centered artificial intelligence ecosystem that supports, rather than replaces, human beings.

He called on the G20 to lead the development of AI governance standards that are fair, transparent, inclusive, safe, and humane, and urged the G20 to help developing countries build digital infrastructure, databases, technology ecosystems, and AI-governance capacity to ensure safe, inclusive, sustainable development.
