President Trump told reporters on Sunday that he is consistent with a plan to build a border wall with Mexico, but materials can be steel instead of concrete. He said he could declare a national emergency and use the military to construct the wall without Congress’ approval.

President Trump said trade talks with China are going well. He also said the US is mulling a potential venue for a second summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un. President Trump noted that US troops will withdraw from Syria, but not quickly.
