Mrs. Le Thi Cam Tien has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decree is announced. The duration for Mr. Tran Thanh Phat to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is 12 months after the decree is announced. 

If Mr. Tran Thanh Phat does not appeal within one month from the date of publication of the notification, the judgment will become legally effective.
