Pursuant to Judgment No. 88/2025/HNGD-ST dated December 1, 2025, the Court ruled as follows:
– The petition filed by Mr. Vo Hong Phuoc is accepted.
- Marriage: The marriage between Mr. Vo Hong Phuoc and Ms. Le Thi Xuan Dung (Le Dung T) is legally dissolved.
- Children: No matters require adjudication.
- Division of assets: No matters require adjudication.
- Common debts: No matters require adjudication.
- Court fees and other legal expenses: Mr. Vo Hong Phuoc shall pay 300,000 VND in first-instance civil court fees and 200,000 VND for overseas judicial entrustment. These amounts are deducted from the advance payments made under receipts No. 0015220 (January 15, 2025) and No. 0015248 (February 12, 2025) at the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Vinh Long province (now the civil judgment enforcement of Vinh Long province).
Mr. Vo Hong Phuoc has the right to appeal within 15 days from the date of pronouncement.
Ms. Le Thi Xuan Dung (LE DUNG T) has the right to appeal within 12 months from the date of pronouncement.
