Mr. Nguyen Steven was born in 1970 and resides at 2049 Nottoway Ave, San Jose CA 95116, the United States.  

Mrs. La Ngoc Yen was born in 1991. Her permanent place of residence is 13 De Tham, An Cu ward, Ninh Kieu district, Can Tho City (Vietnam). She is living at 56B2, residential area 9, Hung Phu ward, Cai Rang district, Can Tho City.

In the Decree of Divorce No. 100/2025/HNGĐ-ST dated June 26, 2025, the court’s judgments were stated as followed:

1. The petition for divorce filed by Mrs. La Ngoc Yen against Mr. Nguyen Steven is accepted.  

2. Children, shared assets and debts: There was no request for settlement as the petitioner has declared that none exist.

Mrs. La Ngoc Yen has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decision is announced.
