Mr. Nguyen Tuong Tom is requested to be present at the Can Tho City People’s Court at 7A, Nguyen Van Cu Road, An Binh Ward, Ninh Kieu district, Can Tho City for the court hearing.
If there is no response from Mr. Nguyen Tuong Tom within one month from the date of publication of the notification, the Court will carry out necessary procedures as stipulated by Vietnamese law.
