(VOVWORLD) - The Can Tho provincial People’s Court would like to inform Korean citizen Shin Myeonghwan, born in 1971, about the ruling on the divorce case with Mrs. Vo Thi Duyen Tam, born in 1988.
Mr. Shin Myeonghwan’s most recently known address is No. 22-9-355 Gil, Saneop – Ro, Namgu, Ulsan – Si, Korea.
Mrs. Vo Thi Duyen Tam resides at Thoi Khanh A hamlet, Tan Thanh commune, Thoi Lai district, Can Tho city.
In the Decree of Divorce (No. 76/2018/HNGD-ST) dated July 26, 2018, the court’s judgments were stated as followed:
1. Marital relationship: It is ordered and decreed by the Court that Mrs. Vo Thi Duyen Tam and Mr. Shin Myeonghwan are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.
2. Children and shared assets and loans: Mrs. Vo Thi Duyen Tam and Mr. Shin Myeonghwan have no children or shared asset and loans. Therefore, Mrs. Tam requested no settlement for these issues.
3. Court fee: Mrs. Vo Thi Duyen Tam is required to pay the Court fee. Mrs. Tam has fully paid the fee.
4. Ms. Vo Thi Duyen Tam has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decree is announced. The duration for Mr. Shin Myeonghwan to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is 1 month after the decree is announced.
