(VOVWORLD) - The Da Nang city People’s Court would like to inform Mr. Tamayo Bryan on the divorce case with Mrs. Tran Thi Cam Tu.
Mr. Tamayo Bryan was born in 1996. His address is at 13222 Hope ST, Garden Grove CA 92843, USA.
In the Decree of Divorce No. 43/2025/HNGĐ-ST dated May 27, 2025, the court’s judgments were stated as followed:
1. Marital relationship: It is ordered and decreed by the Court that Mrs. Tran Thi Cam Tu and Mr. Tamayo Bryan are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.
2. The judicial entrustment fee, which Mrs. Tran Thi Cam Tu must cover and has fully paid.
3. Court fee: Mrs. Tran Thi Cam Tu has to pay 300,000 VND, which was already taken from a deposit court fee as described in Receipt No. 0001479 dated May 27, 2024 issued by the Da Nang Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement. Mrs. Tran Thi Cam Tu has already paid.
4. Mrs. Tran Thi Cam Tu has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decree is announced. The duration for Mr. Tamayo Bryan to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is 1 month after the decree is announced.
