Pursuant to Judgment No.348/2025/HNGD-ST dated September 29, 2025, the Court ruled as follows:

- The petition filed by Ms. Nguyen Thi Kieu is accepted.

- Marriage: Ms. Nguyen Thi Kieu and Mr. ALSON CHIN MENG CHOY are divorced.

- Children: No matters require adjudication.

- Division of assets: No matters require adjudication.

- Common debts: No matters require adjudication.

- Court fees: Ms. Nguyen Thi Kieu must pay 300,000 VND in first-instance civil court fees. This amount is deducted from the advance payments made under receipt 0000247, dated May 30, 2024, at the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Hau Giang province (now the civil judgment enforcement of Can Tho city).

- Other legal expenses: Ms. Nguyen Thi Kieu must pay 200,000 VND for overseas judicial entrustment and 3,000,000 VND for entrustment expenses. These amounts are deducted from the advance payments made under receipts No. 0000297 and No. 0000299, both dated June 17, 2024. 

Ms. Nguyen Thi Kieu has the right to appeal within 15 days from the date of pronouncement.

Mr. ALSON CHIN MENG CHOY has the right to appeal within 1 month from the date this judgment is duly served or issued.
