Hanoi to hold 31-day countdown to SEA Games on April 11
(VOVWORLD) - Hanoi will launch a 31-day countdown to the 31st Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games 31) on April 11.

Hanoi residents are encouraged to lead a civilized lifestyle and keep the city clean in response to the countdown. A marathon involving 3,000 runners will be held next Saturday.
Also on April 11, the SEA Games 31 torch relay will begin at the Hung Kings Temple in Phu Tho province. The torch will visit ten other host cities and provinces before arriving in Hanoi for the opening ceremony on May 12 at My Dinh Stadium.
SEA Games 31 will feature 40 sports with 526 events. It is expected to welcome 10,000 participants from 11 countries.
