(VOVWORLD) - Quang Ninh province has welcomed over 140,000 tourists on the first two days of the New Year 2021. Ha Long Bay, a world natural heritage site recognized by UNESCO, received 5,700 visitors.

The province has organized a series of activities to entertain visitors, including a night culinary fair at Bai Chay and a winter carnival in Tuan Chau island.
Tourists to Quang Ninh have enjoyed big promotional activities such as free tickets to Ha Long Bay, Yen Tu Mountain, and Quang Ninh Museum. Tourism companies have offered new services and short tours for small groups and families.
Promotional activities have revived Quang Ninh’s tourism and promoted its image as a safe, attractive, and friendly destination to visitors.
