Competitors are 700 athletes of 43 competing teams from 34 delegations at home and abroad including Malaysia, Hongkong (China), Singapore and Laos. They are competing in 600-meter races in team of 12 people during the two-day festival. Tran Ngoc Vung is a rower from Ho Chi Minh City: “This is the first time I have participated in such a great event in Hanoi. I’m so excitted and will do my best to be in top 3 of the race”.
