Viettel’s General Director Le Dang Dung said he believes ePass, soon to be rolled out nationwide, will leverage Vietnam’s digital transport. Viettel will cooperate with the Ministry of Transport to develop integrated platforms that share databases among IT systems to manage toll collection and digital payment, capitalizing on the worldwide smart traffic trend.
