(VOVworld)- The Ministry of Home Affairs organized a workshop in Ho Chi Minh City on Saturday to collect contributions to the draft decree on attracting young talents. The draft decree focuses on attracting outstanding university graduates and young scientists and encouraging them to contribute to national development. Policies in the decree will be piloted until 2020 and aim to inspire 1,000 talents to contribute to the nation.
