Ho Chi Minh museum and Cayson Phomvihane museum enhance cooperation

(VOVworld) – The Ho Chi Minh museum and the Cayson Phomvihane museum of Laos signed a cooperative agreement from 2016-2017 period on Saturday in Vientiane, Laos.

Both sides will co-organize seminars on Lao revolutionary sites in Vietnam and President Ho Chi Minh’s legacy in Laos, collect items of Prince Souphanouvong in Vietnam, exchange documents relating to President Ho Chi Minh, President Cayson Phomvihane, and President Shouphanouvong.
Head of the Cayson Phomvihane museum Suvandi Sisavat, said: “The cooperative agreement for the 2016-2017 period is of great importance. It covers research of historical events of our nations and leaders. I appreciate the cooperation between the two museums, which has contributed to the Vietnam-Laos traditional relationship. We should focus on collecting historical evidence and organize exhibitions in each country to help the younger generations understand the merits of their predecessors to obtain national independence.”
