The audience was thrilled by the instrumental version of “Hello Vietnam” by Jimiko, who shot her MV in a number of tourist hotpots in Vietnam, including Hoi An.

Park Noh-wan, Republic of Korean Ambassador to Vietnam, said, “The event symbolizes the close friendship between Vietnam and the Republic of Korea, which are celebrating their 30 years of diplomatic relations. I hope that these cultural days will create a fond memory for the participants. This is an opportunity for us to revive the tourism scene after the COVID-19, first of all for Hoi An.”

The Korean Culture Days feature a photo exhibit, a food festival, a recreation of Hoi An market, Taekwondo shows, and Korean traditional craft products.

Dinh Thanh Vu, who lives in Hoi An city, Quang Nam province, said, “At this festival, I try on Hanbok, the traditional Korean costume, taste Korean food, and explore the Korean culture and tourism. It’s really interesting.”
